Thank you for using Hereitis. Hereitis is an interactive game and inventory-style application that allows users to create and play their own games, questions, audio, images, videos, and other media.
If you are experiencing a problem with the app, please review the troubleshooting information below. If the problem continues, you can contact us for assistance.
First, close and reopen Hereitis. If the problem continues, make sure you are using the latest version of the application available from Google Play.
Some Hereitis features may require access to your device's camera or microphone. Check your Android application permissions and make sure the required permission has been allowed.
Make sure the media file is available on your device and that Hereitis has the necessary permission to access it. If a downloaded media pack is being used, make sure the download completed successfully before attempting to use the files.
Check your internet connection and try again. Some downloadable content is hosted separately from the Hereitis application.
