Hereitis Privacy Policy

Hereitis (“the App”) is an interactive game and inventory-style application that allows users to create and play their own games, questions, audio, images, videos, and other media.

1. Information and Media You Provide

Hereitis allows you to enter game information such as contestant names, inventory items, rooms, categories, scores, and game settings. You may also choose or create pictures, GIFs, videos, WAV audio files, and other media for use in your game.

Game information and user-selected media are intended to remain on your device for use by the game. Hereitis does not require you to create an account to use the core game.

2. Camera and Microphone

Hereitis can provide camera and microphone features for optional game-media creation. Camera or microphone access is requested when you use those features; the App does not request those permissions simply to start the game.

Pictures, recordings, and other media you create are used for the game features you select. Do not record or upload another person's information or media without appropriate permission.

3. Files and Storage

When you select files for Hereitis, the App uses those files to provide the feature you requested, such as custom answer sounds, pictures, GIFs, videos, contestant media, or game-data files.

Custom feedback media is stored locally in the App's device storage (IndexedDB) so that your selected files can remain associated with the game after the App is closed.

Files that you explicitly save or record for Android use may be saved in the device's Download/Hereitis folder. Hereitis does not require a separate user-created “GameMedia” folder.

4. Internet and Online Services

The core game is designed to work from the App's bundled files and does not require an internet connection for normal gameplay. The App contains links that you may choose to open, including this online Privacy Policy, the Fun Productive Apps website, and an optional free media download.

Opening those links or downloading files requires an internet connection and may involve network activity outside the core offline game. Hereitis does not require an online account for normal gameplay.

The current online Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. A static copy is also included inside the App for offline access.

5. Purchases

Future optional character packs and sound packs may be offered through Google Play. Purchases are not enabled by this Privacy Policy document itself. If purchase features are added, the App's privacy information will be kept consistent with the actual feature and data practices.

6. Data Sharing

Hereitis is designed around user-created game content and locally selected media. The App does not require you to submit your game content to an online account for normal gameplay.

This policy describes the current design and does not authorize unrelated collection or sharing of personal information. Any future feature that changes how personal or sensitive information is collected, used, or shared should be reflected in the current Privacy Policy and applicable Google Play disclosures.

7. Your Choices

You choose whether to use optional camera and microphone features and which files or media to provide to the game. You can choose not to use those optional features.

8. Children and Age Groups

Hereitis is intended to be used according to the age groups selected in its Google Play listing. The App does not require an account for normal gameplay. Parents or guardians should supervise minors' use of camera, microphone, recording, and user-created media features as appropriate.
